Trend series A/W '15-'16#5: ALL-black

Hi everyone, so I have a new trend to talk about: all-black. It’s not that black is back, because it’s always there, but now all-black is totally back. That was quite the sentence…

When I say all black, I really mean ALL black. Think Black shoes, trousers, blouse, cardigan, jacket and accessories; all put together. I am personally not the biggest fan of (all-) black. I always tend to go for dark blue instead of black. Sometimes you can hardly see the difference, but I feel like it’s less you know ‘black’.

However it was huge on the runways for next season, ‘next’ season is by the way pretty close… I can see a big difference in the shoe department, as the main part is black. Combine the black colour with a platform sole and something shiny and you have three trends in one little (or big) shoe.

So take a look in your closet, collect, combine and reinvent. You may be surprised how much you already have. Black stays black every season, so you can’t really be ‘out of fashion’.
