TRENDmas #Day5: EMOJI'S

In TRENDmas stands the E for Emoji. Yes I am talking about the little signs you can find on every smartphone. In 2015 they were all over the place. They became a real hype; you could even say a habit for a lot of people. Some people more than others, but they were hard to ignore.

A huge difference with the emoji’s this year is that they were also seen in fashion. Some of those things turned out funny, cool and even pretty. But some other items were a huge miss. I think with this ‘trend’ less is more is a really important statement. T-shirts covered in emoji’s is maybe a bit too much, if you know what I mean.

The shoes for example are good of example of how emoji's can work. The trousers and white sweater are a different story ... Less is more, remember?
