TRENDmas #Day13: MICHAEL KORS

Woah, what a trend I have for you today! As we have already (!) stranded at the M, I had no other option than to go for the Michael Kors bags. His handbags were everywhere. It started quite subtle, but suddenly it totally exploded. Everyone had to have one and in the end did.

Reasons? They look good, they are available in a lot of different styles, shapes and sizes and the price is good for the quality you get. You would think that there aren’t any disadvantages, wouldn’t you? To me there’s only one: the lack of originality.

It’s the same story as my first trend: ADIDAS. Everybody likes them, everybody wants them and everybody eventually has them. But to me one of the most important things in fashion remains originality.

Of course the handbags remain pretty and classy. The craftsmanship and designs are amazing, so well done Michael Kors! A lot of people don’t know that he also designs clothes. And they are amazing, they really are! Maybe the next trend he will cause?
